About the Village Council
The Village Council is the legislative branch of the village. It meets in regular session every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Room of the Municipal Building.(Any changes in meeting location or time will be released to the public on this website.)
All legislation, communications, etc. must be filed with Mikeal Maguschak, the Clerk of Council by noon of the regular date of the meeting. The public is invited and urged to attend all council meetings.

POSITION OPEN
The Clerk of Council is appointed by the Village Council to attend all regular and special meetings of council. As Council's Secretary, He is required to take minutes, call out roll call, and release all written communications, resolutions, ect. to the council.
Student Credit
The Council of Mingo Junction welcomes all students whom are attending meetings for extra credit.
Students are encouraged to inform the council or the council clerk that they are attending for extra credit. They will be provided an official form signing off on their attendance at the end of the meeting.
